INSTRUCTIONS FOR LISTSERV

The listserv can be a valuable communications mechanism, allowing us to share ideas, activities, speakers, success stories etc. These email instructions are the quickest way to perform simple commands with the Listserv.

Instructions on how to change your subscription settings (i.e. once-a-day digest version, index version, etc.)

Instructions for accessing the Online Listserv Archives

PLEASE NOTE: XXXX-XXXX is the name of your particular list, which may be obtained from Dan Connor at dconnor@maa.org.

TO POST A MESSAGE TO THE LIST:

To post a message to the list, send an email to xxxx-xxxx@enterprise.maa.org. *Note* - you must be subscribed to the list in order to post messages.

TO SUBSCRIBE:

Send an email to listserv@enterprise.maa.org, with no subject line and with the body of the message consisting of the single command:

subscribe xxxx-xxxx

TO UNSUBSCRIBE:

Send an email to listserv@enterprise.maa.org, with no subject line and with the body of the message consisting of the single command:

signoff xxxx-xxxx

TO LEARN GENERAL USER COMMANDS for the listserv:

Send an email to listserv@enterprise.maa.org, with no subject line and with the body of the message consisting of the single command:

info refcard

Please note that subscription to the Listserv is voluntary, and must be initiated by the SIGMAA member. However, all correspondence by the SIGMAAs is done electronically, therefore it is highly recommended that you subscribe to your SIGMAA's Listserv.
