Summer Internship Position
The Mathematical Association of America, a non-profit organization whose mission is to advance the mathematical sciences at the undergraduate level, seeks an Intern to work full-time or part-time for the summer assisting with administrative functions related to conferences and grant-funded programs. The ideal candidate should be an undergraduate at the junior or senior level or a recent graduate. Responsibilities will be varied and require strong communication and organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently. The individual will be responsible for internet research; database updates; compiling packets of materials for shipment; organizing files; archiving documents; using Microsoft Office programs to print badges, labels, and create certificates; and other related responsibilities.
