WE DO MATH!
The new MAA career brochure We Do
Math! highlights eight profiles that illustrate careers "beyond
the classroom". These
vignettes describe a variety of non-academic careers for which a
background in the mathematical sciences is useful. Each of the jobs
presented shows real people in real jobs. The eight-panel brochure is
4" by 9" (folded) and can be mailed in a standard envelope or distributed
in the classroom or at career fairs or recruiting events. This is a
great way to show how mathematics is involved in just about everything!

The latest edition of the career brochure was just released in late
2007 and is now available for purchase (100 for $30). If interested, please contact
