CAREER PROFILES

The authors of these essays describe a wide variety of careers for which a background in the mathematical sciences is useful. They provide practical answers to the question: "Why should I study math?" There is also a print brochure available with select profiles.

Most of those profiled use mathematics on a daily basis; others rely on the general problem solving skills acquired in their mathematics courses.
