Deposits of $1,000 will be accepted on a first come first serve basis beginning September 1, 2005 until all 30 places are filled. Deposits are non-refundable from January 6, 2006. The balance is due by February 10, 2006. All fees are non-refundable from February 10, 2006. Cancellation insurance is available and advised. These prices are subject to availability of lodging and air space and your acceptance in a timely manner. All prices are based on a minimum group of 30 and current VAT and GST laws applicable at the time of quoting. The International Air is NOT included and can be purchased on an individual basis. It is strongly suggested that your air is purchased and confirmed as early as possible. Fall 2005 is suggested. Discounted first and coach air is available. Schedule departure on Monday, June 5, 2006 from the U.S. for arrival on Tuesday, June 6, in Beijing. Schedule return trip to the U.S. from Hong Kong on Wednesday, June 21, 2006.
