MAA MathFest attracts more than 1500 participants, including faculty, students, and professionals from business, industry, and government. The program includes keynote lectures from leaders in a variety of mathematical fields, both pure and applied, sessions organized by our many committees and special interest groups. MathFest also provides participants with many opportunities for networking and learning about new ideas and products. A Gala Opening Reception held in the exhibit hall gets participants’ attention early, and gives you an opportunity to connect with potential customers at the very start of the meeting.
We invite you to exhibit at the MAA MathFest 2012 which attracts more than 1500 participants, including faculty, students, and professionals from business, industry, and government.

Exhibitors are a key attraction during the meeting, so don't miss out on the chance to interact with our captured audience of educators.

New for 2012 — exhibitor registration is available online! Here are the easy steps to follow:

• Step 1: Fill out our online registration form
• Step 2: Once your registration is complete you will receive an exhibitor email confirmation.
• Step 3: Your exhibitor confirmation packet which includes booth assignment, hotel information, and other pertinent meeting details will be emailed late April. If you do not have email access, please email meetings@maa.org for a hard copy.

What does your Exhibitor package include?

• 10' x 10' covered exhibit space with side and back walls. You are welcome to order multiple booths.
• One 6' table and two folding chairs per 10' x 10' booth.
• Your company's ID sign.
• Two complimentary show badges, per booth.
• Exhibitor listing in the MAA MathFest Program book and website.
• Access to attendees at our Gala Opening Event.

What are other important details?

• Special rates are available for new categories and exhibitors. Email meetings@maa.org for more information.
• Exhibitor booths are assigned on a first come-first serve basis.
• All booth fees must be paid in full by April 6, 2012.

Exhibitor booths are assigned on first come - first served basis. Exhibitors may not relocate themselves. Location assignments by the Conference are final.
