Thank you for participating in MAA MathFest 2013! The location of the Exhibit Hall in Ballroom C of the Connecticut Convention Center. Ballroom C is adjacent to the plenary sessions and registration desk, which will ensure excellent attendance throughout the conference.

Setup: Wednesday, July 31, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Exhibitors must be show-ready by 3:00 p.m. in time for the Grand Opening Reception and official opening of the Exhibit Hall from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Food and Beverage
This year, the Grand Opening Reception will take the place of the Grand Opening of the Exhibit Hall and Opening Banquet. While the MAA will be providing light hors d'oeuvres, we still encourage you to order food and beverage to attract attendees to your booth(s).
