Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee. Rooms will fill up quickly at these properties so participants are encouraged to reserve rooms as early as possible.

MAA will not be providing shuttle service for MAA MathFest 2013 in Hartford. Please see below for transportation options during the conference.
Hartford Star Shuttle
The Star Shuttle, a free circulator bus in downtown Hartford, operates every weekday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., departing every 15 minutes from the Connecticut Convention Center. It's easy to catch the Star Shuttle. The shuttle route connects the Connecticut Convention Center , the Riverfront , the CT Science Center , the Arts and Entertainment District, various restaurants, and downtown hotels. Refer to the map for route and stop locations.
Airport Transportation
Bradley International Airport is the closest airport to Hartford, about 13 miles from the Connecticut Convention Center. The Bradley Flyer route provides semi-express bus service to Bradley International Airport for a low local bus fare (the one-way fare is $1.30). The Bradley Flyer provides direct service to the Connecticut Convention Center and Union Station in Hartford. Cab fares to Hartford are approximately $45.00 each way.
