Thank you for your interest in housing during MathFest 2012. All housing accommodations must be made directly through the hotels, by clicking on one of the hotel links below.

Basic Information:
MathFest attendees are guaranteed the meeting discounts if you reserve your room through the MAA MathFest Housing website by June 26, 2012 for the Sheraton Hotel and June 29, 2012 for the Hilton Hotel. Meeting registration and ticket fees are paid separately from housing. Your registration fee will be processed immediately, and your housing fee will be processed upon check in to your hotel.

The Hilton Madison Monona Terrace hotel is located in the heart of downtown Madison overlooking Lake Monona. The Hilton Madison hotel is connected via a climate controlled skywalk to the Frank Lloyd Wright inspired Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center. All guest rooms will be air conditioned and have a small refrigerator. The University will provide free wired high-speed Internet connections and digital television connections for your laptops, small televisions with cable connections, clock radios, bottled water and drinking glasses. All bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels, washcloths, soap and other amenities are in each guest room. Daily housekeeping service will include having the beds made, rooms cleaned, towels changed and trash emptied. Complimentary coffee and tea service will be provided on the first floor.

Airport Transportation Information:

For Hilton Guests:
The Hilton Madison offers complimentary airport arrival/departure service to our guests.
The Hilton shuttle operates from 6am–10 pm on a daily basis.
Upon arrival into Madison, we ask that our guests call the hotel at 608-255-5100 or pick up the airport house phone and dial #11 from the baggage claim area.
The shuttle will be sent out immediately for pick up.
Guests are free to schedule return trips to the airport upon their arrival to the hotel. Hilton bell staff will assist with scheduling the returns.

For Sheraton Guests:
The Sheraton offers complimentary airport arrival/departure service to our guests.
Upon arrival into Madison, we ask that our guests call the hotel at 608-251-2300 or pick up the airport house phone from the baggage claim area.
Guests are free to schedule return trips to the airport upon their arrival to the hotel. Sheraton staff will assist with scheduling the returns.

For University of Madison Wisconsin Guests:
The University does not provide transportation. However, options can be found by using the following link: http://www.msnairport.com/guide/transportation.aspx

Best Western Inn on the Park:
Upon arrival at the airport guests should call the hotel directly, 608-285-8000, to request a shuttle. Advanced reservations are not accepted. Upon departure shuttles to the airport should be scheduled at the bell station one day in advance.
