EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION

Early registration will be available through May 10, 2013.

REGULAR REGISTRATION

Registrations received on and between May 11, 2013 and June 14, 2013 will be processed at the regular registration rate.

LATE REGISTRATION

Registrations received on June 15, 2013 and after will be processed at the late registration rate.

ONSITE REGISTRATION

Onsite registration will be located on Level 6 of the Connecticut Convention Center. The registration desk will be open Wednesday, July 31 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, August 1 and Friday, August 2, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturday, August 3 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. You may pick up your registration materials, register onsite, and purchase event tickets, when available, at this location.

MINICOURSE/SHORT COURSE REGISTRATION

Enroll early! Space is limited. If a course is full, you will be notified. Onsite registration is available if space permits. The MAA reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment. Full refunds will be issued for cancelled courses. Otherwise, minicourse and short course cancellations must be received by July 19, 2013 to be eligible for a 50% refund.

MATHFEST CANCELLATIONS

MathFest cancellations must be received by June 14, 2013 to qualify for a complete refund. A 50% refund is available through July 19, 2013. Cancellations must be received in writing to MAA/MathFest, 1529 18th Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20036 or to meetings@maa.org.
