Registration Information
REGISTRATION
Onsite Registration and Material Pick Up will be located in the Monona Terrace Convention Center. The registration desk will be open Wednesday, August 1 from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Thursday, August 2 and Friday August 3, from 8:00 am to 4:00pm, and Saturday August 4 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. You may pick up your registration materials, register on-site, and purchase event tickets, when available, at this location.
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION
Early bird registration continues to be popular, so we are bringing it back through May 11 you can register at last year's prices!
REGULAR REGISTRATION
Registrations received on and between May 12 and June 15 will be processed at the regular registration rate.
LATE REGISTRATION
Registrations received after June 15 will be processed at the late registration rate.
MATHFEST CANCELLATIONS
MathFest cancellations must be received by June 15 to qualify for a complete refund. A 50% refund is available until July 20, 2012. Cancellations must be received in writing to MAA/MathFest, 1529 18th Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20036 or to meetings@maa.org.
MINICOURSE/SHORT COURSE REGISTRATION
Enroll early! Space is limited. If a course is full, you will be notified. On-site registration is allowed if space allows. The MAA reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment. Full refunds will be issued for cancelled courses. Otherwise, minicourse cancellations must be received by July 20, to be eligible for a 50% refund.
MATHFEST HOUSING
There are two headquarter hotels for MathFest; The Sheraton Madison Hotel, 706 John Nolen Dr., Madison, WI and the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace, 9 E Wilson St., Madison, WI. The MAA has guaranteed sleeping rooms at each location.
PARKING INFORMATION
Self-parking is $13.00 per day at the Hilton Madison hotel and is free for all guests of the Sheraton Madison Hotel.
