Undergraduate Membership

The Mathematical Association of America is the largest professional society that focuses on mathematics accessible at the undergraduate level. It makes sense that undergraduates are an important segment of the MAA membership and we encourage them to join our ranks.

Recommended for:

• Undergraduate students at four-year and two-year colleges
• Exceptional High school students

Membership Qualifications:

• Undergraduate student membership is available to individuals who are currently enrolled as undergraduate or high school students.
• Students are limited to a maximum of eight years as Undergraduate Student Members.

Format:

• Available in print format. Electronic format expected to be available spring of 2010.
• Memberships are for 12 months and begin immediately upon ordering.

• Automatic membership in a Geographical Section (US and Canada only)
• Optional membership in any of the twelve Special Interest Groups (SIGMAA)
