MAA Prizes and Awards Announced at MathFest 2007

The awarding of prizes for expository writing has long been one of the high points of MathFest. The awards were announced on August 4, 2007. MAA president Joe Gallian presided over the ceremony. (Award recipients whose photos do not appear below were unable to be present.)
