Let Math Guide Your Bracket Picks

The New York Post reports that Davidson College math professor Tim Chartier is at it again: He's encouraging folks to use math as they fill out their brackets for the upcoming March Madness tournament.

While there is no one algorithm or formula that guarantees you'll win the office pool, Chartier's work allows fans to pick factors—margin of victory, say, or away-from-home wins—to weight more or less heavily.
