London Museum Plans New Mathematics Gallery
In late 2016, the Science Museum in London will open a new permanent gallery devoted to mathematics.
The design and layout of the gallery, which is funded by a gift from the David and Claudia Harding Foundation, will be inspired by mathematical ideas.
The Science Museum says that the gallery's contents will "tell the stories that place mathematics at the heart of our lives, exploring how mathematicians, their tools and ideas have helped to shape the world from the turn of the 17th century to the present."
