MAA Found Math 2014 - Week 35

An icosahedral light found by Angelos Sphyris, located in the entrance to the Church of St Michael Panormitis on the island of Symi (off Rhodes) in the Dodecanese, Greece.

"...the light was no bigger than a football; perhaps half the volume of a football. Of course, it was hanging from the ceiling, so it was impossible to actually hold it in one's hand."
