Summary:
This summer four Spelman College students will be studying the
mathematics that makes buying and selling on the web possible
Cryptographic Mathematics. The students will investigate finite
fields, elliptic curves, large primes and other advanced topics. They
will develop verification algorithms and look at zero knowledge
proofs. Each student will have opportunity to develop and explore her own individual cryptographic
project and present it to her peers.
