Unless otherwise notified, the meeting grant will pay for all local expenses (hotel room, food, and materials) for two persons from each project. Travel expenses should come from your project travel funds or other sources. Additional project members may attend for a registration fee of $150 each.

In addition to the usual activities at these meetings – meeting people, displaying posters about your project, and hearing about programs from NSF personnel – this meeting will have a special focus on dissemination of project materials. To this end, we are planning workshops (both elementary and advanced) in preparing materials for online publication and others about the more general issues of writing for publication and the publication process.
