In 2005, the third summer of the PMET project, the PMET Workshop Program hosted 12 workshops:
eight ( 8 ) new workshops and four ( 4 ) continuations.

Special focus: Teaching in Diverse Urban Classrooms. 
The organizers saught ample representation from faculty 
members at minority and majority institutions.
