An Islamic astronomical chart presenting a classical concept of the universe. The diagram and page are from a fifteenth century commentary by Musa ibn Muhammad Qadi’zadah (died circa 1436) on the thirteenth century Handbook of Astronomy by Mahmud al-Jighmini (died circa 1221).
