What are other best practices for mathematical exposition? Here there are more questions than answers, but again, one of the goals of JOMA is to encourage the discussion.

What are best practices specific for mathlet design, as opposed to other applets?
What are the best practices for "non-linear" document structures? What are the best designs for mathematical exposition that has multiple, branching paths?
