This appears to be a web-supplement to Waner and Constable's Finite Mathematics and Applied Calculus, 5th ed., published by Cengage in 2010. While it has many nice features, linear algebra is only one part of the book. the linear algebra is at the level of a course for non-math majors. There's not any mention of vector spaces, eigenvalues, linear independence, etc. But, there are some very nice JavaScript-based tutorials that could be of use by some students - and could be a model for future resources at a higher level.

This is primarily a course on Finite Math but the material on solving systems of linear equations and on matrices are excellent.
