JAVA Applets for Chaos and Fractals

As part of the Dynamical Systems and Technology Project, the authors have developed several JAVA Applets for use in exploring the topics of chaos and fractals. These applets are designed to accompany the four booklets in the series A Toolkit of Dynamics Activities, published by Key Curriculum Press.

Well-designed applets. Though constructed to use with booklets from Key Curriculum Press, the directions allow the user to make use of the applets without the booklets. Links to related applets can be found on Devaney's website: http://math.bu.edu/people/bob. Main drawback: except as enrichment, these topics are unlikely to be covered in a linear algebra course.
