In this workshop, we will provide a framework of educational theory and supporting activities that can be used for faculty to improve an existing (or create a new) faculty development and mentorship program. Participants will learn about and experience exciting and innovative teaching strategies and approaches that will expand their own and their colleagues’ teaching abilities, as well as share best practices from their own teaching. We encourage institutional pairs to apply.
