This is essentially the solutions manual accompanying Pestman's Mathematical Statistics, but it is designed so that it can also be used independently as a problem book: each chapter opens with a summary of the contents of the corresponding chapter in the textbook, and the problems are fully stated before a detailed solution is presented.
This seems to have been out of print for a long time. Perhaps many have wanted a copy, though it puzzles me to find two "sellers" on Amazon.com offering it for almost $1,000. We could not find a price for the book by itself on De Gruyter's site, but the site does say this is now offered as part of a set with the main text, for $99.
