Description

This worksheet simulates the population genetics of a single gene with two alleles. The user sets initial allele frequencies and enters parameters for selection, genetic drift, mutation, migration, and population size. The program then tracks the population through 50 generations and plots the results. Deme 2.0 can simultaneously model up to three local populations, which may differ in their selection coefficients.
