Description

This workbook models the growth of two populations: phage and the bacteria they infect. The bacterial population grows logistically, while the phage population increases in bursts resulting from simultaneous lysis of infected bacteria. The user sets parameter values such as the initial conditions, bacterial growth rate and carrying capacity, and burst size: the simulated results are graphed and tabulated.
