Having Trouble?
If you have trouble seeing the applets...
First, make sure you have the latest version of the Java plug-in from www.sun.com.
If you have the latest plug-in, make sure it is enabled in your browser:
- Internet Explorer (Windows)
- Click on the options menu.
- Select "Internet Options."
- Click on the "Advanced" tab.
- Scroll down the list of settings and check boxes until you see an option
that says
- "Use Java 2 v1.4.1_02 for <applet> (requires restart)."
- Make sure this option is selected (checked).
- Netscape and Mozilla
- Click on the Edit Menu. Select Preferences. Find the Advanced
tab and click on it. Look for a Java option and make sure that Java
is enabled.
- Macintosh
- Find the Preferences menu in whatever browser you are using. Look
for Java options, and select the option for enabling Java.
If you still have trouble, make sure you have the latest version of your browser.
Some older browsers aren't compatible with newer versions of Java. So,
try upgrading, and consult your browser's help information.
