New Scientist reviews Things to Make and Do in the Fourth Dimension, by Stand-Up Mathematician Matt Parker.

"The book oozes with sheer joy as Parker guides you through mathematical tricks like pushing a coin through a seemingly too-small hole, exploring the fourth dimension with drinking straws and building a working computer out of dominoes," writes Jacob Aron.

Aron warns that Parker includes a perhaps more-than-desirable number of "classic maths anecdotes," but otherwise deems the book a worthwhile and enjoyable read, one with the potential to change minds about the nature of mathematics.
