See Raymond N. Greenwell’s review of the first edition. For the second edition, the authors have added two new chapters. The new chapter 6 discusses strategic voting and the manipulability of voting systems, while chapter 12, inevitably, deals with gerrymandering. The book is intended for an inquiry-based course aimed at students who are not majoring in mathematics.
