Mathematical Treasure: Commandino’s Archimedes

Archimedis opera non nulla (The Complete Archimedes, 1558) was a translation from Greek into Latin by Federico Commandino. Commandino (1509–1575) was an Italian humanist and mathematician noted for his translations of the Greek classics.
