Isaac Todhunter (1820–1884) was an English mathematician and a prolific textbook writer. In 1875, Todhunter published Elementary Treatise on Laplace’s Functions, Lame’s Functions and Bessel’s Functions. The images shown here are from a copy held by the University of Toronto; the entire text is available in the Internet Archive. The title page of this work is shown here:
