This one-page Flash applet allows the user to view a parametrically defined surface of the form x = f(s,t), y = g(s,t), z = h(s,t).  The resulting picture can be rotated in space to better understand the three dimensional image.  Many examples and directed exercises are provided for the student.  This applet is part of the author's Collection of Tools for Multivariable Calculus, referenced under "Related Articles" on the left.

INTENDED USES:

Students in multivariable calculus.
