Bayes' Theorem

This is an HTML page that is a part of a larger exposition on probability. Bayes' theorem is derived, first for two events and then for a partition of the sample space into \(n\) events. Applications are given to the Monty Hall problem and to diagnostic testing. A few print references are given. The exposition is generally good, but the notation is poor since only html formatting is used.
