Wolfram|Alpha can count: "100!," "30 choose 18," "permutations of {a, b, c, d}" (keep clicking on More to see the complete list), "integer partitions of 10," or "fixed necklaces with 6 beads and 3 colors." It recognizes combinatorial functions such as "Bernoulli B(16)," "Frobenius number {4, 7, 12}," or Stirling numbers: "S1(8, 4)."

Wolfram|Alpha can give and compare properties of graphs: "Petersen graph, icosahedral graph." It can construct a graph based on adjacency properties: "1->2, 2->3, 3->1, 3->4, 4->1."

It works with sequences "1, 4, 9, 16, 25, ...," series "1/2+1/4+1/8+1/16+...," and recurrence relations "g(n+1) = n^2 + g(n)."
