The MAA supports many regional undergraduate conferences; which are smaller conferences dedicates to giving undergraduate students a chance to present their work. Some conferences are for general mathematics, while others have themes like Sports Analytics or Mathematical Biology. Students should go to the supported conference page to find information about the conferences planned for the current year.
In addition, regional MAA Section meetings welcome student participation, with many Sections scheduling student paper sessions and holdding special student paper or poster competitions. Find out which section you are in and go to that section's website to find out more about that section's meetings.
